Customizable Sun Route – 2D/1N

From Cusco, several routes are available for you to reach the village of Raqch’i and its archaeological complex.

You can choose between:

Tipón – Raqch’i, for a cultural immersion through the Inca and baroque sites of the southern valley.
7 Lagunas – Raqch’i, for a nature adventure in the heart of the Andes, between turquoise lakes and pastoral traditions.
Waqrapukara – Raqch’i, for a hike to one of Peru’s most spectacular fortresses.
Palcoyo – Ananiso – Raqch’i, to admire the colorful mountains and high-altitude landscapes of the Ausangate massif.

Whichever itinerary you choose, the day ends in Raqch’i, where you will spend the night with a local family, sharing an authentic moment of Andean life.

It is also possible to return to Cusco the same evening for those who wish to do the route in a single day.

The following day, you will continue the journey toward Lake Titicaca, with two options depending on your preferences:

Raqch’i – Pallay Punchu – Tinajani – Puno, for a spectacular itinerary through canyons and multicolored mountains.
Raqch’i – Tinajani – Sillustani – Puno, for a more cultural approach between impressive geological formations and pre-Inca funerary tombs.

This itinerary is available in both directions, departing from Cusco as well as from Puno.
