Your driver takes you in the morning to the Andean community of Patabamba, the starting point of your trek. From this charming perched village, you begin your hike in the Sacred Valley towards a natural viewpoint offering a spectacular view of the valley's villages (Pisac, Calca, Lamay) and the majestic Andean peaks (Pitusiray, Sawasiray, Veronica).
The ascent continues towards the Pukamarka pass before starting the descent for a nature lunch at the entrance of the Leon Punku canyon. In the afternoon, you cross this spectacular canyon via an ancient section of the Inca Trail, bordered by amazing rock formations. This millennial trail leads you directly to the Huchuy Qosqo ('Little Cusco') ruins, which you explore at the end of the day.
You then reach Natividad's home and her family to share a warm overnight homestay.
