Today we will discover the city of Cusco from a different perspective : that of gastronomy!
In the morning, we’ll go shopping with Selia, our cook, at an authentic local market in Cusco, where we'll choose the ingredients for our lunch.
Then, in the chef's kitchen, we’ll prepare a starter, a main course, a dessert, and a traditional drink of your choice,
a true Peruvian cooking experience.
The day ends at the sunset on the heights of the district of San Blas or in the historical center of Cusco where one of our friends barmen will initiate us in the making of the national drink of Peru: the Pisco Sour!
