In Cuyo Chico, you will join the Tinkuy community to prepare quinoa empanadas, share the daily life of a host family, and participate in authentic workshops, including adobe brick making.
The next day, you will explore Paru Paru and the Potato Park, a community-managed territory dedicated to preserving ancestral potato varieties. Through encounters, traditional knowledge, and tasting local dishes, you will discover the importance of this living heritage. The day ends in Pisac, between Inca ruins and the artisan market. An immersive experience rich in exchanges and Andean culture.
