Today we will discover the city of Cusco from a different angle: through gastronomy!
In the morning, we will go shopping with Selia, our cook, in an authentic local market in Cusco, where we will choose together the ingredients for lunch.
Then, in the chef’s kitchen, we will prepare a starter, a main course, a dessert, and a traditional drink (of your choice) — an unforgettable Peruvian culinary experience.
The day ends at sunset in the heights of the San Blas neighborhood or in the historic center of Cusco, where one of our bartender friends will teach us how to make Peru’s national drink: the Pisco Sour!
