Itinerary
This tour, available from Cusco or from your hotel in the Sacred Valley, invites you to discover the cultural and natural richness of Maras and its surroundings. The day begins with a visit to a traditional hat-making workshop, a true artisanal heritage passed down from generation to generation.
You will then continue with a panoramic hike from the village of Maras to the famous salt ponds of the same name. You will arrive from above at this great classic of the Sacred Valley and enjoy a unique view. The walk then continues to the picturesque village of Pichingoto.
The afternoon is dedicated to discovering a chicha brewery, the ancestral drink of the region, before returning to your hotel. An authentic itinerary that combines craftsmanship, gentle hiking and the living traditions of the Sacred Valley.
